This year’s National Safeguarding Week will be held between the 9th – 13th November.
This year’s programme has been developed around the theme of “Safeguarding Fundamentals” and brings together a diverse range of learning opportunities for professionals working across children and adult safeguarding. The programme includes sessions on child sexual abuse, child criminal exploitation, online harm, substance misuse, professional curiosity, trauma-informed practice, hidden harm, exploitation disruption, workforce wellbeing, and emerging safeguarding threats.
