Mental health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices.

Up to 1 in 4 people will be affected by mental health problems at some point in their life. Problems can range from stress, anxieties and worries caused by everyday life, to more serious long-term conditions such as severe depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis and schizophrenia.
